Friendly house share in Chesterton looking for a new mate!

We are at a lovely house in Montague Road. Close to the co-op, a lovely farm shop, stir (cafe and bakery), The Old Spring (nice pub) and Thirsty's (our usual meeting point). Just a few streets away from Fort St. George (the pub in Midusmmer Common).

The available room is available for single occupation and free from 05.02.2022. (date tbc)

The rent includes weekly cleaning of the common areas. In the summer we have a gardener that comes some times. The landlord also buys all cleaning supplies (from kitchen roll to loo paper and hand soap).

The bathroom w/bathtub is mostly shared with 3 people (4 when James is around). It doesn't get crowded as we also have a small loo under the stairs.

About the house mates:
-An English solicitor who is usually traveling around
-A sporty vet and gin connoisseur from Scotland
-An English medical writer and keen rower
-A Mexican foodie trying to figure out the new marketing job.

When we're all around, we like to have dinner together, watch netfilx, go for a night walk or have a glass of wine in the garden (when not cold). We also respect when someone wants to be alone.
