Hello I’m Lisa-Maria, 23 years old, working in a research centre at the University of Cambridge.

I am in a tenancy contract ending on the 31 of August in a very beautiful classic Victorian house on Chesterton Road overlooking the River Cam. My 3 housemates are moving out in university accommodation soon so I am looking for three new housemates to replace them (Available from start of June - till end of August with potential possibility to extend the contract beyond August) . There are 3 different rooms available with one room at 655 pounds per month (2.70 x 3.31 m ), the medium one with its own sink 730 per month ( 2.71m x 5.42m) and the huge master bedroom 815 pounds per month (4.24 m x 6.42m ) .

The house is truly incredible with period features such as the high ceilings, original sash windows, ceiling roses etc. (the pictures give a very accurate description) . The large, well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for your stay including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, dinnerware, just to name a few. It also has a breakfast table set.
As you go up the stairs you will come to the classic, spacious bathroom which features a beautiful standalone bath. This bathroom also has a large shower and a bidet. Next to the bathroom is also an additional toilet.
We also have a big private beautiful garden in the rear perfect for the summer days coming up.
The huge master bedroom at 815 pounds/month has a comfy super king-size bed with a luxurious bedroom suite consisting of a large wardroom, bedside cabinets and a dressing table.
As you climb the stairs to the top floor you will find two bright and charming attic bedrooms. Each bedroom offers clothing storage and stunning views. The larger attic room with its own sink is 730 per month and the slightly smaller one with a double bed also has a stunning view on the river and is at 655 pounds/ month.

I’m easy-going and friendly, looking for nice and tidy housemates who are also respectful of everyone's own space as I’ll be working from home most of the days :)
