Double Room En-Suite Furnished

HURRY BEFORE IT GOES!
Hi, wanted a female tenant for this house. It's a Double room en-suite but want a single person to rent. If there is another female who want's to share the room with you. The price would be £1000 p/m otherwise it's £700 p/m for one person. It's a lovely double room en-suite and the bathroom is so nice, it has a double bed and 2 wardrobes. The whole house is tiled throughout.

There is a kitchen which would have to be shared by another person who lives in another room.
All utility bills are included which are water, council tax, electricity and also can use my house Wifi. If you want your own Wi-Fi, you can have it installed.

This apartment is in Chesterton area, Cambridge near the Science Park, Business Park, Innovation Park, Nuffield Road Estate and Cambridge Nursing Home. Also near CRC College and the new train station ( North Station). We are 10-15 mins away from the City Centre and Grafton Centre by bus.


I would only welcome a clean, polite and sensible person to rent the room.
The current person who you will share the house is a young girl who is very matured.

For Corona Virus, you would need to be fully vaccinated.
