We are looking for a friendly professional female to take over a cosy double room in this spacious, clean and bright house in Chesterton - a 20 minute cycle along the river to the city centre

Current flatmates include a music therapist, a movie animator and a charity worker who all love to cook and watch movies/TV shows together. We also enjoy going for walks and the occasional visit to the pub or coffee shop!

Working from home is absolutely fine - the room gets lots of light and is nice and warm! The room has has space for a small double/double bed and a desk. You would share a bathroom with two others, and have access to a downstairs loo.

The house is spacious and has lovely living room/kitchen, patio/garden with rear access for bikes. There is driveway for one car and plenty of off road parking.

Rent is £595 a month with about £100 extra per person for bills. Deposit is £692. Minimum contract is 6 months.

We absolutely love living here and aim to make the house a lovely place to be so we are looking for someone who's keen to get involved & make this their home.

The move in date is not yet confirmed but will be around February time. We will update you as it progresses.

The house will be unfurnished (we have a few things already) and we plan to do this all together :)
