3min from train station large 2 bedroom flatshare

3min bike ride from Cambridge North train station (10 mins by foot), 15 min bike from Kings College (centre of town) - can lend bikes if needed as I now use the car - large modern and clean 2 bedroom flatshare. Separate living room, big kitchen that's also dining room with space for eating, and own room with desk, my room is down the hallway. Theres a bath and a shower, lots of houseplants. Also a balcony, parking space, secure under shelter bike space in lockable parking lot, and if you like swimming/ gym happy to share my family gym pass I swim most days in town, it's been paid annually so might as well get some use. Flat has just 1 person (me, female professional working in climate change) but I'm often working away so may well have the 2 bedroom apartment to yourself eg over Christmas away. Short lets are welcome eg if you only need it nightly or weekly that's fine, all bills included incl. Internet, heating, big TV with Netflix and Disney subscription. Nice and toasty as the heating is gas not the old electric storage heaters like in town. Super convenient location next to train station, buses and Tescos, or I drive into town often and park up near Grange Rd.
