Single room to let in a 3 bedroom house 5mins walk from Cambridge North station (50mins from London Kings X), 5mins cycle ride to the Science and Business Parks, and a lovely 15mins cycle ride along the river from the centre of Cambridge & colleges. The house is very near the river, and is shared with the female owner. The room itself has a single bed, with a large chest of drawers and a drawer under the bed. There is plenty of shelf space in the room, and hanging space on the back of the door. If needed, further hanging space may be available in another room. There is shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, garden and downstairs cloakroom, and shared use of lounge/dining room in the evening by arrangement (I use this space for work in the day). There is space in the secure bike shed for your bike and an off road parking space if necessary. The owner (female) works from home on 3 days of the week, so lodger needs to be out at work during the working day. For short term lets, the room can be available for £150pw Mon to Fri basis. Sorry, no students.
