Housemate wanted for 2 bed house cottenham

Looking for a new housemate due my current one moving out. We originally rented the house unfurnished. The house will be mostly fully furnished by the end of January when the new lease will start apart from the room for rent. The room for rent is large and spacious with a built in wardrobe and room for a double bed. Looking for someone who appreciates a cosy and clean environment. There is one parking space outside the hosue so if you’ve got a car you might sometimes have to use on street parking nearby. There is access to a shared garden with access to a fire pit and seating area which is lovely for warm summer nights.
