One lovely lodger already in the house. Male Mid 20s. Professional. I am the landlady and do not live in the house so looking for easygoing, tidy people wishing to have a lovely place to live .
Room 1
The room looks out over the large back garden and has use of the family bathroom which has been completely refurbished and is shared with one other person. There is a large triple wardrobe and underbed drawers. This room comes with off street parking. The household is a quiet but friendly one. You would have use of the sitting room, kitchen, dining room and utility room downstairs.
WiFi and essential bills included.
Ely is a beautiful small city with excellent transport links to Cambridge, London and into East Anglia.
Room 2
Double bedroom and over looking the quiet cul de sac at the front of the house. This room has use of the family bathroom which has been completely refurbished and is shared with one other person. Double fitted wardrobe. Separate chest of drawers. This room also comes with a separate single room overlooking the front of the house which could be used as office/dressing room/own sitting room. This second room is unfurnished except for shelving.
