The room has been rebuilt and repainted recently. It has a repainted floor, a new bed/mattress, and a new built-in wardrobe.
It is private as the room has its own key.

The kitchen is shared: 2 ovens, 1 microwave, 1 large American fridge, 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer.
There are two bathrooms.
The property has a shared large (50 yards) rear garden and 2 car parking places built at the front of the house.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUSIVE.

The street is quiet since it is dead-end around a green and a safe and family-friendly area as it is near a primary school.

Ely is 15 miles north of Cambridge (20 minutes by train). My house is at 10 minutes walk to the center of town, 15-20 minutes walk to the rail station and 5 minutes by car to the A10 (Cambridge/London/ Kings Lynn).

About me (landlord):
I was a professional male (graphic/web designer and artist painter). I love the arts, cinema, music, science, photography. I also speak French (mother tongue.)

Existing roommates:
Most are professional adults.
