A large double room is available for MON-FRI let. The room is part of a three bedroom property where myself and my fiancee live with our very friendly rescue greyhound. The location of the property is walking distance from central Ely, Princess of Wales Hospital and the Leisure Village.
The room is equipped with a double bed and drawers. There is a desk in the bedroom which is perfect for any professionals/students looking to work from the comfort of their bedroom. There are also hot drink-making facilities and a TV in the bedroom. A private bathroom with bath/shower is next door to the bedroom. There is an open-plan kitchen and lounge downstairs, where we will often relax after a busy working day.
We are both full-time working professionals who are looking for a mature and considerate week-day lodger. We have regularly rented our spare bedroom out on airbnb, but we are looking for a more regular person to join our quiet and peaceful home.
