A Message from Alex, The Landlord (member of the Registered Landlord Association)

I am a registered member of the National Residential Landlords Association NRLA. I have made this house into an ideal place to rent. You will really have to see it to believe it but often people who visit this secure, comfortable, warm house comment on how amazing it is compared to everywhere else they have looked at or considered.

It really will be your home when you move in. The other housemates are fantastic, considerate, trustworthy people already here and they will attest to how easy it is. There is no such thing as a cleaning/gardening roster here. No Way! It's all done for you and it keeps the place looking and feeling new. If there are things you can think of to improve then I will do my best to accommodate these changes for you. To note I asked the housemates this in the past and they came up with one suggestion that has now been installed. You don't buy the dishwasher tablets; I provide them.

The other housemates are sometimes away on business, so, for the security conscious, I have installed a HIGH END Yale alarm with personal access fobs. These come with a personal panic button, should you ever need that extra feeling of safety, that automatically alerts me and the emergency services.

All communal areas are cleaned by a local, trustworthy, family run Cleaning and Maintenance Company. They also keep the garden in good shape and do your windows on a monthly basis. Aside from cooking your meals and keeping your own personal space tidy there really is nothing to do.

I had the largest room in the house with the ensuite. Great space in the room and in the main house. Brilliant layout to socialise with the other house, ages and at the same time have your own space. Wish I was staying but work is moving on. Broadband, garden, location and additional kitchen space were a Lockdown lifesaver!

The room is everything that you need (Smaller room in house), including your own bathroom downstairs with a massive power shower in it! The house is really spacious and has a comfortable living room which is great for socialising. The landlord is great and sorts out any problems quickly and thoroughly. The house is kept in a really good condition, helped by the weekly cleaners.
