5 minute walk to river via Roswell Pits (nature reserve). 2 mins walk to town. Quiet cul de sac.
Double bedroom with cathedral view. Lots of storage including 6 floor to ceiling cupboards and double chest of drawers.
Facilities include: Parking on drive, plus on road, use of garage (ie bicycle storage), garden room and pretty garden.
Shared kitchen/diner with washing machine, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer and clothes drying room with tumble dryer.
Please note I am an asthmatic and need to avoid perfumes and aerosols as these can trigger respiratory attacks.
