AVAILABLE FROM 11 SEPT: Room 2: Larger double 4.93m x 2.48m, for single occupancy. £600

TAKEN Room 1: Smaller double 3.5m x 3.08m for single occupancy £550

Both rooms are well presented and include a comfy double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, desk chair and relaxing chair. The rent includes:
*all bills
*wifi
*access to kitchen/washing machine/tumble dryer/large fridge freezer
*cycle storage in keypad-locked garage, e-bike loan by arrangement,
* on street quiet parking
*weekly cleaner for communal areas (kitchen, bathroom)

Us:
My partner and I work from home and my teenage daughter lives here too along with lodgers for the two rooms. We have 5 big dogs - you would need to be a big fan of big dogs to enjoy living here :)

Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and willing to mask if ill (my partner is in chemo)
Huge dog-lover
Students: please note it is an hour's bus from Cambridge city so is too far to commute to college.

The area:
Fulbourn is a lovely, quiet village. We are 3 minutes walk from the bus stop and shops (co-op, butcher, grocer, post office, pub) with Addenbrookes Hospital (3.4 Miles), 1.7 miles to ARM, 4.2 miles to Cambridge train station, the number 1 bus leaves every 30 mins to Tesco, Addenbrookes (34 mins), the railway station and town centre (50 mins). It's quicker to cycle/ebike or drive (Addenbrookes 10 mins drive, town 25 mins drive or cycle) than it is to get the bus.

Legalities:
The room would be let under the Room for Rent lodger legislation and the SpareRoom Lodgers agreement would be used as the contract.
