We are looking for someone who appreciates sharing a clean, tidy and comfortable house with friendly housemates.

The house is modern and spacious. The room is a comfortable large double and has an adjacent bathroom.. There will be a total of 4 people in the house, and there are 3 toilets so that's plenty! The rent will include super fast broadband and all bills (water, gas, electricity, even council tax).

Current housemate had a baby with her girlfriend so her room has become available hence the ad.

There is a well equipped living room with a top quality sound system for listening to music or watching movies and series on Netflix or Amazon. Kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. Secluded garden. Quiet location at end of cul-de-sac. Peaceful residential neighbourhood. Tesco superstore is nearby and open till midnight. There are shops, hair dressers, restaurants and takeaways 5 minutes walk to Fulbourn High Street, the Co-op is open till 10 pm.

Cambridge City Centre, train station, and Addenbrookes Hospital is a quick bus ride away or an easy cycle. There is a garage for bikes and off street parking for a car.
