We have up to now been letting it out on short term lets to students but would like someone a little more permanent.
The room is next to the kitchen and entrance in through the kitchen. There is no access to the rest of the house. the room is fully furnished but can be un furnished if preferred,
The applicant needs to be happy to be in a busy family home with young children who are sometime noisy! we are happy to include dinner for an additional charge. There is plumbing for a washing machine but does not come with one.
The ensuite is a good size shower room/wet room.
