The room is ensuite (bath and shower) and has access to a shared, fully kitted out kitchen, large living and dining room areas.

There are currently two of us in the property, plus a small and very friendly dog. We are both professionals working in the insurance and charitable sectors with strong links to the equestrian industry - We are looking for a third person to join us, preferably someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and happy to join in.

The property is in a rural location, just outside the village of Great Wilbraham, ideal for commute into Cambridge or Newmarket, close to the A11 and the A14. If you like country views and country pubs, then this is the perfect room for you!
