En-suite Room in Hardwick

The small print first:

This room can only accept a student, carer, hospital patient or religious figure to comply with our council conditions.

I will accept a couple where one person is a carer, which will incur a £20 surcharge.

You can stay for a week minimum with a small deposit; I would appreciate a reference.

If you are a student, the bus stop is a five minute walk and 20 minute bus ride into Cambridge. You can store your bike in the garage, it's about 30 minutes to reach Cambridge.

For patients, the room is on the first floor.

I am happy to try to accommodate a pet. If you have a dog, there is a large garden where it can run around. I ask that it be house-trained, comfortable in new surroundings, and cleaned when it comes into the house; there will be a small surcharge.

There is free parking. We have quick access to the A428 and A14. Addenbrookes is about a 20 minute drive and a two bus journey.

You will have access to the kitchen, dining room and garden.
