Cozy double with desk and Roku TV

Lovely cozy furnished double room with en-suite available for professional or student. Looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful so I can write during day and relax with music in the evenings.

Can consider someone full time or part time for a reduced rent.

Room includes small TV with Roku access to Netflix, Sky etc. Small fold down table, double wardrobe space.

Shared kitchen space (happy to share some of my homemade healthy gluten free food at times) and washing machine.

Wet room next to the room is for your exclusive use with high power shower and hot water from combi boiler at any time.

You will be sharing the home with me (writer), cats and other pets (chickens) and abundant wildlife.

Generally I will keep to myself, but happy to chat over a glass of wine or if you are musical sing or play some music.

The room is close to bus stop to Cambridge (3 miles away) and Science Park, Tesco, Co-Op, pubs and cafes.

Parking in gated secure environment. Close to all amenities.

WiFi available, but sometimes can be a bit slow.
