Double bedroom in modern house

Bedroom available in spacious house in the village of Horningsea, sharing with live in landlady and another lodger. I plan to also be getting a cat soon. The bedroom has a small double bed, a built in wardrobe, shelving, and extra storage drawers under the bed. As I am vegetarian I do request that no raw meat is cooked in the house. Fish and small quantities of pre-cooked meat is ok.

The house is recently renovated to high spec, with large shared kitchen diner and living room. It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood, with beautiful views from the garden onto fields with horses. There is a lovely community atmosphere in the village with events happening throughout the year. With the countryside on the doorstep it is walking distance to baits bite lock, and there are beautiful walks across the fields to quy fen.

The house is ideally situated near to the A14, with the science park and business park just one junction away. Bus 100 connects the village to Cambridge centre and waterbeach. There is also an excellent cycle path from the village all the way in to Cambridge, cycling through Fen Ditton and along the river. Waterbeach railway station is 5 mins drive.

Pianists welcome as I have a Roland electric piano in the living room. Also, large allotment (with hens) at the end of the road that would welcome some extra help if you are green fingered!
