2 Rooms on same Floor to Rent

I have two bedrooms that I rent out as a single unit. These two rooms could therefore be used for example: one as a bedroom and the other as a lounge/sitting room.
The whole house has been refurbished with new kitchen white goods, with each tenant having their own fridge/freezer and a set of kitchen cupboards. A new bathroom and separate toilet have also been installed.
The rooms have also been refurbished recently and have laminate flooring, in both, a double bed in one room and a single bed (that could be used as a day bed) with a memory foam mattress', built in double mirrored wardrobes with a built in desk/dressing table.
Basically, the rooms are completely ready for somebody to walk into and live quite happily.

It is a very friendly house, and is in close proximity to Huntingdon town centre with great links to the A1 and A14.

My wife and I are registered as landlords with the council, therefore all relevant health and safety standards, (gas boiler safety certificates annually, fire escape locks on doors, etc., etc.) are met. Your refundable deposit paid is paid into the Governments Tenancy Deposit Scheme for safekeeping. Rent is paid weekly via a bank standing order.
