Hi! I am renting out the following rooms: 2 double rooms, 1 single room.

The double rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair.

The single room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe with mirror, desk and chair. There is storage space under the bed.

The house is terraced and has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite, a good sized kitchen. There is plenty of on road parking. Unfortunately there is no shared living room.

The broadband is a fast Virgin Media Fiber.
The price includes all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence, high speed broadband, water).

Cleaning is also included in the price. The cleaner comes every 2 weeks and does the communal areas.
