Brand new house, never been lived in before!

I've recently brought this house. I am a live in landlord but due to the nature of my work - I travel quite abit. So will be staying over every weekend or every other weekend or sporadic week days (basically whenever I'm in town). Rest assured, i will stay out of your way. I do have a lovely young professional couple that have moved in recently - who you will get to share the house with. There is 1 allocated parking space for this room and all bills are included (electricity, gas, water, wifi and council tax). Although the room has enough space to have a work space. However, if you want a seperate room for work space, im happy to discuss and offer an additional room. So message me, if you're interested, and we can discuss in more detail.
