Luxury double bedroom

Rarely available luxury double room with en-suite. *£30 per night* for 3, 4 or 5 nights a week. Occasional weekends available by arrangement. Alternatively, short term lets for a full week are also available.

The room will be available from 1st July as my Mon-Fri lodger for the past three years is sadly leaving her job.

The house is a modern two bedroom end-terrace property, located in a very quiet residential area with parking right in front of the house. It is just a minute or so from the A14 and five minutes' drive to Huntingdon rail station.

The room is a spacious double with its own private en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable brand new double bed and Silentnight Mirapocket 1200 mattress (a Which best buy), a 24" TV, deep pile carpet, bedside tables and dimmable lamps, desk, desk lamp, height-adjustable chair, occasional chair, mirror and clothes rack.

You can also enjoy occasional use of the lounge and dining area, which is stylishly decorated and furnished with a super comfortable La-Z-Boy sofa and electric recliner, dining table and chairs, 50" TV and surround sound.

Also included:
* Fast Plusnet fibre broadband (WiFi)
* Powerful shower over bath with plenty of hot water
* Parking and use of garage for storage
* All bills and cleaning of communal areas once a fortnight
* Bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels if required

In summary, this is a lovely place to stay with a touch of luxury! I am looking for a clean, quiet and considerate housemate/lodger who appreciates living in a comfortable environment.

Important things to note:
* I enjoy peace and quiet and as a teacher I tend to work long hours. I am up early and sometimes work late in the evenings.
* I am vegetarian. I don't have any strong beliefs about animals or eating meat etc. Would prefer that the oven hob is not used to cook meat/fish for lengthy periods (cold meats or microwave meals with meat are absolutely fine).
* The room may sometimes need to be left fairly clear on Fridays and Saturdays as very occasionally I have friends or family that stay over.
* Suitable for non-smokers only.
