Three rooms for single tenancy.

The house is semi-detached and located in a new build area of Impington (Cambridge), with a 5 min drive to Cambridge Regional College and 7min to Science Park. The house is situated 10 min cycling distance from Cambridge City Centre. There is a guided bus stop 3 min away from our house (route A & B)and city 8 bus stop 4 min away. These buses allow easy access to City Centre, train and bus station. A14 and M11 are also quickly accessible.

We have 3 rooms available , single with bathroom, double with bathroom, double with en-suite.
Weekly bathroom cleaning is included in the price.

The rooms are fully furnished with a fitted wardrobe, desk, chair.

There is access to a well-equipped kitchen, garden as well as parking space at the front of the house. All utility bills and WIFI are included in the price.

We are a married couple looking for a professional person (male) to join our household for a minimum stay of two months with a one month’s notice; but longer let would be preferred.

Histon has several amenities within the village from a post office, Co-op store, Tesco express, Chinese/chip shop, Indian and local village pubs. 2 min walk is required to the nearest one from the house.
