I'm looking for a professional person to join the shared house age 20-32. Non-smoking house. All bills included + unlimited fibre optic wifi and cleaner for communal areas.

Socialising is welcome. No pets. No families or couples please.

Located in the new part of Littleport which has a direct train line to London/Cambridge.

Some flexibility on furnishings. All rooms recently redecorated.

Communal facilities include unlimited fibre optic wifi, 1st floor bathroom, ground floor kitchen, lounge, WC, garden, off-street parking at the back. Live in landlord. Top EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating.

We have a cleaner come once a week to clean communal areas but I also expect people to keep the place tidy themselves.
