We have a double room for single occupancy.
We are in Longstanton, Cambridge, one mile from the newly upgraded A14 or a 15 minute walk to the guided busway which takes you to the science park, Cambridge centre and Cambridge station. In fact all areas of Cambridge are easily accessible by car, cycle or bus with the bonus of quiet, country living and a new coop five minutes walk away.

Our town house is a semi-detached 4 bed on a quiet estate with room for parking just outside. The loft room is a good size, smart and clean, quiet, warm, airy and very comfortable with large tv, NETFLIX, wifi, Wc next to the room and bathroom with power shower on the floor below.

The village has a pub, chinese takeaway, kebab shop, fish and chips, co-op and sports bar. Use of kitchen, in the evening, included and own fridge. Bedding, towels and cleaning included.

We are a quiet, kind, easy-going couple of retirement age and have had many lodgers in the past. We have a cocker spaniel puppy who’s very friendly.
