1) As BOTH rooms are vacant atm, this is a fabulous opportunity for ONE Professional OR a Professional COUPLE to live in a clean, quiet home, without sharing with any other Lodgers.😁 In this case, you will have a private bathroom. The costs for this option is:
GREEN ROOM =£650/m(1 person)
GREEN ROOM =£700/m ( Couple)
BLUE ROOM.. in this case, will NOT be let.

2) Otherwise, if the room are let by individuals ( who will then share the Bathroom. I have my own ensuite), the prices are:
GREEN ROOM £500/month.(Individual)
GREEN ROOM £650/month.( couple)
BLUE ROOM. £434/month.(Room suitable for Individuals only)

THIS IS DEFINITELY A NON-SMOKING( NON VAPING) HOUSEHOLD & THAT INCLUDES THE BACK GARDEN & ALL GUESTS .

My ideal house mates are ones who do not play loud music/tv, and are respectful of the property.
There is a washing machine, microwave, 2 Fridge Freezers.(I have my own)The kitchen/dining room and sitting room are all shared.

The garden has a patio with garden furniture and a pleasant outlook, with no overlooking houses. It is a peaceful neighbourhood, without much passing traffic at all. The Co op is a 5 minute walk.

March station is only a 20 min walk by cutting across using the footbridge, ( Direct train to Cambridge takes 35mins. Peterborough or Ely 15 mins. London is 1.5 hours direct train (via Peterborough)

The GREEN ROOM is a very large double, which has a double bed with luxury headboard, bedside tables, lamp, chair, laundry basket, a triple unit (double wardrobe plus a set of inner shelves), a 2nd double wardrobe and an additional built in shelved cupboard.

The BLUE ROOM is a standard double room, which has a double bed ( 2 underbed drawers) with luxury headboard, bedside table/drawers and lamp, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and laundry basket.

I am a professional who used to work in the NHS as a Senior Occupational Therapist in Drug and Alcohol Dependency field. I now do Contract work. This involves working away, so means that most of the time the Lodger/s will have the space to themselves.

MUST like dogs as very occasionally there is a Dog Visitor.🐶
