Both the local bus service and Park & Ride provide good transport links to the city centre, Cambridge north train station is 1.5 miles, the science park 1.2 miles and there is one allocated parking space available infront of the property.

I am a full time professional who works in the centre of Cambridge that enjoys food, travel and exercise. I enjoy socialising out of the house but coming home to a quiet and relaxing space. I am looking for a tidy, clean and respectful professional who is looking for a long term home and shares the same views. It is most important to me to find someone who is a great animal lover and feels comfortable sharing the space with two very friendly cats.

£700 per month, all bills included and if required a desk and chair can be provided. The room is available now, one months rent is required as a deposit.
