Double Room Available In My Flat

I have a lovely modern two bedroom flat with a spare double room available.
Im currently decorating the bedroom so when it comes to viewings at the end of the month it will be looking fresh and presentable! The bedroom will come with a double grey bed, two bedside tables, drawers and dressing table.
The bathroom will be yours, I have an en suite in my bedroom for my own use.

The living room is rather cosy, I have a large sofa and 55inch TV with all the extras - Sky TV, movies, Netflix and Amazon Prime

The kitchen comes with all the appliances needed. We will share a fridge and freezer however, I don’t usually buy fridge food as I work too much
You can have your own cupboard for your food.

I am asking for £500 a month.

I’m a professional working female, I work around 55 hours a week, 15 hours shifts so I’m usually always out of the flat.
Which means the living room will be up for grabs!
I would like to live with someone who is friendly. Please don’t be shy to make yourself feel at home. I don’t expect anyone to be locked within their rooms. I do have my days off, and will always fancy a chat and a glass of wine.

Located 5 minutes from the city centre - West Town. Situated outside Lidl’s and TheGym
There is also private parking with a gate that needs a code!

All in all ... my room will be available from 10th October, I will take viewings at the end of the month when I get round to decorating the room and making it look all pretty.
