The house is situated in an excellent area of Hampton Hargate which is close to all local amenities such as Tesco Extra, restaurants, bars, gym and close to the A1(M) and a short drive or bike ride to the town centre.

The house has everything you would want from your own property, the main kitchen has crockery and cooking utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped including Hob/Oven and Washing machine and communal areas cleaned regularly. Bike rack in the garden too.
