I have a choice of 4 furnished bedrooms available for 5 and 7 nights. Short and long term Lodger’s considered. There are 2 double bedrooms, (£150.00 a week per room) or 2 single bedrooms, (£130.00 a week per room) on a lodging basis. Rent is payable in advance and an initial holding deposit of £100.00 is required to secure the room which is refundable at the. time of occupation.
This is a large 5 bedroom, refurbished property maintained to a high standard.
The property is situated close to the City Centre and other local amenities including a local leisure and sports centre. There is easy access to the train and bus stations with an excellent regular local bus service which runs from the front of the property. Off road parking is available.
The property is fully furnished throughout and consists of the following:

GROUND FLOOR
- 1 x furnished and fully equipped
large kitchen/diner/living area;
- 2 x furnished lounge/TV rooms;
- 1 x downstairs cloakroom/toilet.

FIRST FLOOR
- 3 x furnished double bedrooms;
- 2 x furnished single bedrooms
- 1 x bathroom, (including toilet, double sink unit with under cupboard storage, bath and a walk in shower area.

OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY
- Large back garden and patio areas.
- Off road parking to the front of the property.
- Use of a garden shed for a bicycle,

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
I have single and double bedrooms available Monthly rent includes all utility bills and wifi access. The rent is payable in advance with a holding deposit of £100.00 required to secure the room. Holding deposit is refundable.
Please note that anyone interested in a room will need to be in full time employment and able to provide evidence of their working status.
