I have spacious single/double room available in Sawston. The room is part of a shared household in charming cottage with garden, garage and parking place. It is located very close to Babraham Campus, Genomic campus, Granta park and there are two good sized grocery stores (Spar and Coop) and a green grocer which is a great value for money.

The room available has window to garden comes furnished with 1.5 bed (storage draws under the bed), a bedside chest of drawers, and side table. All furniture can can be removed if you wish to move in with own furniture's.

The rest is shared including the bathroom, kitchen and Nordic inspired living room:
- Bathroom with shower over the bath and bathtub, good amount of storage. Shared with the second tenant.
- Kitchen has plenty of storage with all facilities such as pots, cutleries, dishes etc. available. One fridge/ freezer.
- Nordic style living room with fireplace, sofa, dinner table. Air madras or single bed available for guests sleepover hidden away.
- Garden: good size both front and back. Garage with space to store bicycle. BBQ facilities.

Additional, there is free parking available for a car next to the house and garage available for storage.

Location: Sawston:
- 13 min cycle path to Babraham campus
- 25 minutes cycle via National Cycle Route 11 to the
Addenbrooke hospital.
- 13 minutes cycle to the train station in Whittlesford
(direct trains to London, Cambridge and Stansted
airport).
- 2 minutes walk to a bus stop with direct access by bus
no 7 to the Addenbrookes hospital and Cambridge
City Centre.

Shopping options:
There are two good sized grocery stores and a green grocer which is a great value for money.

Multiple takeaway options:
Indian, Chinse, fish and chips shop and a number of pups.
