1 room available in a spacious and beautifully decorated 4 bed/3 story townhouse in Soham. I do not live there myself (2 bedrooms are locked and out of use), therefore you will be living with one other person (female)
(There are now some marks on the bedside cabinets from prv lodger - these can be covered with lamp/coaster/etc).

THE HOUSE

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, and comfy lounge with a large corner sofa and snuggle chair. There is also a dining table and chairs.
Downstairs WC, main house bathroom with a bath/shower (the other tenant has her own en suite so you will largely have sole use of the main bathroom). All three bathrooms were newly fitted about 4 years ago.

There is an enclosed garden with a grass area and a small terrace with a table and chairs. Ample parking is available (inc private space in front of garage).

DOUBLE BEDROOM

Comfortable fully furnished double bedroom (on middle floor), with access to main bathroom. Complete with 2 x bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

LOCATION

10 mins drive to Ely, 10 mins drive to A14/Newmarket or 16 miles from Newmarket Road Park & Ride (Cambs). New train station scheduled to open at end of 2021 which will give links to Ely and onwards to Cambs etc.

TENANTS

The house is furnished to a high standard, initially for me to live in, not to rent out. I am looking for a considerate and professional tenant, who will treat both the house and the existing tenant with respect etc. The existing tenant is female and would prefer another female to live with, which I am happy to support. Aside from collecting post occasionally I will leave you in peace :)
