Short term let only. Modern, single story annex , not shared with anyone, own front door ,double bedroom, with walk-in wardrobe, big lounge/kitchen diner with beautiful views to our lovely countryside.
Because of the pandemic restrictions the accommodation is currently NOT available for “ tourism” use, only for approved permitted use, I. e. essential / key workers required to work away from their home, persons “ temporarily “ between permanent address ( awaiting house purchase), obviously NO visitors allowed in accordance with codiv restrictions.
The generous bath room has a huge walk- in shower, underfloor heating throughout the property.
The kitchen / dining / lounge area has full sized electric oven, induction hob, , full sized fridge/ freezer. & dishwasher
Toaster, microwave ,kettle etc included. & washing machine. Dining table& chairs along with full sized sofa & easy reclining chair. Flat screen t. v.
Linen & towels provided along with a few basic necessities for cleaning .
All bills are included along with wi fi for browsing .( not suitable for streaming)
Private patio with lovely gardens, smoking permitted outside.
We are located in quiet county area, but still in walking distance of local golf centre which is open to public for golf, tenpin bowling, lakeside lodge has a great bar & serves Fantastic food. ( currently closed)
If you smoke please use your private patio/ garden rather than inside!,

The property is suitable for 1 person or a couple who are out working 5 days a week I. e. not working from home .
