chests of drawers, hanging space, shelves, a desk, TV if required, a double ottoman storage bed, book shelves and a bedside cabinet.
The house benefits from off road parking, a large walled garden with veg plot, bathroom, shower room, downstairs cloakroom/loo, garden room/gym, large kitchen and lounge. Freezer and 2nd large fridge in the garage. The rent includes all bills and fast fibre internet.
The house is located in the picturesque village of Swaffham Bulbeck, which is 5 miles to the east of Cambridge and newmarket road park and ride(10 minutes drive), 5minutes from the A14 and A11. A good cycle path links the village with Cambridge. An average cyclist needs 25minutes to get to east Cambridge, or 35minutes to the centre. There's also a regular bus service into Cambridge. A taxi from the centre of Cambridge is around £17.50.
The village has a lovely traditional feel about it with a village green, great pub and a shop/post office. A few more good restaurants shops and pubs are located a short walk away in the nearby villages of Swaffham prior and Bottisham.
Being close to national trust fenland nature reserves, Anglesy Abbey and national cycle routes the location is ideal for country walks and cycling.
The house would suit a male or female professional/ mature student who can appreciate the idyllic location, but requires easy access to Cambridge.

We're not fussy about the age, gender, or occupation etc of a potential new house mate, but are looking for an easy going, reliable, considerate person with a positive attitude. We don't want to share with a full time couple, but a girlfriend/boyfriend staying a couple of times per week is absolutely fine.
