This is a double bedroom in a modern flat close to Addenbrooke's and the Biomedical Campus.

The bedroom is well lit and has a great view onto the new country park and the campus. Furniture includes an office chair, a wardrobe, a mirror, and several shelves. The current single bed can be exchanged for a double bed upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and is part of an open plan living room with a sofa and TV. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.

You will not pay more than £400/month. A biweekly cleaning service of communal areas is included in the price.

Although life around is buzzing, the area itself is very quiet. The flat is on the top/third floor of a small block of new build flats. Addenbrooke’s Hospital and the Biomedical Campus are within walking distance (15 min), as is the nearest stop on the Guided Busway, a gym, a library, and a pharmacy (5 min). Cycling to the next big supermarket (Waitrose) takes about 5 minutes and about 10 minutes to the train station/city centre. A local Sainsbury’s has recently opened as well (10 min cycling). Bikes can be locked away in a secure indoor bike shed.
