Professional female seeking lodger

Hi there

I am currently in the process of moving into my new home in Trumpington and am looking to rent out my spare double bedroom to a fellow professional.

The house is located right by Addenbrookes hospital and close to the guided busway and M11. There is parking for two cars and additional visitors spaces and a decent sized garden with outdoor storage for bikes etc.

The room has some furniture (double bed, bedside table, wardrobes) and can be further furnished as required. The living areas will have TV with Netflix and broadband throughout, and a shared bathroom, however a second downstairs which can be used. The kitchen is complete with white goods and dishwasher and there is plenty of storage through the house for additional items / sports gear etc. All bills and council tax are included in the monthly rent.

I am a laid back professional, looking for someone who is happy to be sociable at home however also has their own interests and prefer Mon-Fri to allow me to use my home for friends etc at the weekends however would consider 7 days a week tenants for an additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE: I will not have the keys until mid-sept so I am unable to complete viewings until this time.
