I am looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and will fit in and be respectable of my family home, and is happy to live with my 26 year old son and myself.
There is a kitchen /diner .a nice size secluded garden, a balcony, secure bike storage .
The lounge is also available to use for when I’m not around . (Most weekends)
I am very close to the M11, and about 20 minute walk / 10 minute cycle to Addenbrooks, and Papworth hospital.
I have the P&R at the top of the road, where you can also get the guided bus to the station or into town. and have a Waitrose and small Sainsbury’s both are 5 mins walk.
I would be looking for £650 a mth , inc of bills -council tax -and Wi-Fi
I will require £200 deposit.
