This is for a nicely decorated room in a two-bedroom house. The house is very clean and tidy. I am a professional who works in Cambridge and there are no pets in the property and it is smoke-free.

The house is located in a beautiful quiet residential area adjacent to Addenbrooke's hospital and the biomedical campus. The area is well presented and the neighbours are very friendly.

The rental is for one of the bedrooms and comes furnished with quality furnishings (bed, desk and chair, inbuilt closet, drawers)

You will have use of the kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher etc), the bathroom (has shower and bath) and there is also a downstairs toilet. There is parking near the house and there is bicycle storage in the garden of the house.

Please note: The bedroom is currently being decorated with new furniture, so the photo of the bedroom is only to show the room itself. The furniture will be upgraded

Also, there will be a cleaner who will clean the whole house once per week.

The house is located very close to the junction of the A10/M11 and is located adjacent to the cycle path/busway to Cambridge Train Station. So the travel connections are excellent.
