Double room newly refurbed house nr Addenbrooke's

Hi! I'm looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in a newly refurbished house in Trumpington. Ideally a like-minded young professional who wants a home rather than just a room. A housemate who will enjoy sharing the odd meal, walk or bike ride, or occasional evening with Netflix or a drink.

The room is a good sized double and fully furnished (double bed, chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe etc.), with space for a desk if you're currently working from home.

The house is 5 minutes cycle to Addenbrooke's/biomed campus and 10-15 mins by bike (along the guided busway) to the train station or town. There is a big Waitrose (5 mins walk) and a Sainsbury's local (10 mins). The house has just been refurbished (I'm not quite fully unpacked!) and has a big well equipped kitchen/dining room, separate living room, bathroom, second loo, washer, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a big garden (perfect for summer BBQs or budding gardeners) and loads of storage space (a storage room, shed and secure bike parking). There's car parking just outside as well.

I'm a scientist working for a pharma company. I'm sporty and enjoy sailing, walking, cycling, skiing and tennis (there's a court about 50m from the house). I play netball and the occasional bit of hockey for local teams.

Rent is £700pcm inclusive of all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and high speed broadband). The room is available now but I'd happily consider a later start date for the right person. If you're interested drop me a message with a little bit about you.
