Lovely bright spacious double room in friendly, sociable shared house.

Available from 29th august but can be flexible through to sep 5th.

House is located in Trumpington. 5 minute walk to park and ride for buses to city centre (10-15 mins), the train station and biomedical campus. 10-15 bike ride to town/train station with nice back route to town. Shop 10 min walk away. Good position on south side of Cambridge for granta park and babraham.

The house has 8 rooms but one small single room is kept free and can be used by guests. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines.

The room is on the ground floor and has French doors out to a small but sunny patio which the kitchen also opens onto and leads round to the side alley out the house.

The room is bright and has lots of floor space as well as a double bed, wardrobe, desk, table and mirror, chest of draws and bed side table.

The bathroom is shared with just one other on the ground floor and has a great rain shower and modern fittings.

The room is positioned off the living room as is the bathroom and kitchen. I’ve had no issues with this whilst I’ve been here :)

The shared spaces are really spacious, homely and practical. Kitchen has two ovens and two hobs so no fighting for space.

The flat mates are all really friendly, all in science disciplines. A few do a regular taekwondo class as well as watching movies/films together.

Bills included. Contract one year but can exit after 6 months I believe if you find replacement.
