Bright double room in Trumpington

The double room

A bright double room available in Trumpington. The house has a spacious living area, kitchen, rear garden and driveway for parking.

The room is currently unfurnished, save for a large wardrobe.
Shared upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and downstairs loo.
The kitchen comes with a washing machine and dishwasher.
The downstairs area is light and airy thanks to the sky lights and french doors opening out onto the garden. It's furnished with sofa, dining tables and chairs (updated pictures to come!).
There's also a spare bedroom for guests.

I am an Data Analyst, working nearby a few days a week otherwise from home. Other than that, I enjoy rowing and running, cooking and reading.
I'm looking for a friendly like-minded housemate, but open to a couple if the fit's right.

Nearby is a Waitrose supermarket and local Sainsbury's, a bus stop for getting into town, and lots of green space a short walk away including Byron's pool and Grantchester Meadows. It's very close to Addenbrooke's and the Biomedical Campus.
In addition to rent, bills include Council tax (band C) and utilities.
