Hi, A single room is available from 01-07-2025 in our apartment in Trumpington CB2. We are a married couple having one daughter (1.5 year old). Both of us are professionals and work at Addenbrookes Hospital.

The rent is £580 per month with all bills included.

The room is 20 minute walking distance or 7-8 minute cycle journey to Addenbrookes Hospital. The nearest bus stop (Bus number 7) is just outside the property with easy access to City centre and Addenbrookes Hospital. The bus way Trumpington bus stop (A bus) is 10 minute walking distance from the property.

Grocery shop Trumpington Food and Wine is situated just below the flat which can be seen in the picture.

Couples may be considered if they can adjust and furnish the room themselves.
