We are looking for a female housemate who is easy going, friendly and sociable. We will be sharing a kitchen and living room.
Current housemates are 3 working professional females aged 23-28
Room is available from the 18th July.

The house is well located within Trumpington. It is a new build and feels clean.

10-15 min drive into Cambridge
10-15 min cycle to the station (via busway)
Close to park and ride

Spacious unfurnished double bedroom.
Own bathroom with shower shared with one other tenant and furnished shared kitchen and living area.
No bills included (roughly £150 - £200 a month each). There's also a one-off name-change fee for the contract, which is £210 (and we can split between moving out and moving in, so £105 each).
