Double Room For Rent In 3 Bed House Waterbeach

New build 3 bed house in waterbeach with double room to rent . Our current lodger of a year is set to move out in September to relocate for work.
The house is walking distance to the train station, the trains to Cambridge&London are every 30 minutes, the train to Cambridge takes 6 minutes, Cambridge north 3 minutes and 50 minutes to London. We have parking on a driveway as well as street parking and 2 sheds for bikes. The house is also a short walk to the river cam on which you can reach Ely or Cambridge by bike.
We are very chilled out sociable people, I am a secondary teacher full time studying a part time masters and Alan has his own business . We would like someone to feel comfortable enough to hang out with us in social events, but we are also fine with someone who likes their own space.
We have a big patio and a great outdoor space to enjoy the sun and BBQ.
A potential housemate would expect a to live with a chilled out couple and their golden labrador (she is adorable!). In the week, we are out for long days working, exercising (gym/running/cycling/using our paddle boards) and socialising our or at dinner parties . We are often out or away on weekends as we have family scattered. We have a cleaner which is included in the price as are bills.
