Ten mins walk to Waterbeach train station (and then 3 mins to Cambridge North, 6 mins to Cambridge, 9 mins to Ely and less than an hour to London Kings Cross).
Five mins walk to local pubs, shops, take-away, gym and coffee shop. Five minute drive to large Tesco.

Good transport links to A10, A14, M11 and very convenient for Science, Business and Research Parks.
20 mins drive to Ely and 10 mins drive to Cambridge.

The room would suit a non smoking professional or student. Room is furnished and includes a double bed, fitted double wardrobe. large chest of drawer and large desk with chair. Large TV with Amazon Prime app.

The house is a large family four bedroom house with front and back garden. Modern rooms and a newly fitted kitchen. Large bathroom with shower and bath as well as a second toilet downstairs. Double bedroom was recently decorated and is light and airey.

High speed broadband with Virgin 110mb Broadband through direct ethernet cable into the double room as well as wifi throughout the house. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer included as well as all kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils. Use of lounge, although we like to watch a film with a take-away on a Friday evening and I'm into my sports so that sometimes takes priority in the lounge when the footie or rugby is on..

Use of front and back garden patio space. Parking at rear of house with ample free parking.

The house is situated in a remarkably quiet area being set back from the road. Waterbeach is an extremely safe neighbourhood with great amenities just a stone's throw away.

About us. We are a friendly couple with a 17 year old daughter who is at the local college and two friendly cats. We are sociable, but understand that anyone living with us will want their own space.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy and have a cleaner for the main house. We would expect the tenant to keep their room clean and tidy as well.

You could expect a relaxed and friendly environment in a place you could call home! Our last tenant was only meant to be here for six months and stayed for two and a half years.
