A lovely large furnished room in shared house. Just off the A142 main road, down a quiet country lane, you will find the Idilec village of Wentworth.

The room is well equipped with a kitchenette (full size fridge, cooker, small freezer and microwave. Own private external entrance so you are not disturbing anyone. There is off-road parking. Transport is a must.

We would prefer the tenant to be a professional maybe working Monday to Friday and going home at the weekend, but this is negotiable for a short term contract.

The room is strictly non-smoking.

Payment is to be made upfront on a Monday via standing order. One week deposit is required. Please note that once you rent the room, payment is required each week regardless of holidays or illness, as you would with a long term rental.

We expect the tenant to be clean and tidy and respect the room.

This is a nice private room, you may not see anyone unless we meet on the drive!

I will "service" the room on a Friday which includes changing bedding, towels and light cleaning.

We are an easy going busy family and if you need something during your stay, we`ll do our best to help you.
