There is a clothes hanging rail running under the perlin (beam) under the Velux Window, which is wider than a typical double wardrobe. Bathroom recently fully refitted, shower / bath, fully tiled, underfloor heating etc., shared with one other. Full central heating and solar panels additionally provide hot water 365 days a year. Other other parts of the bungalow including kitchen, study, lounge, dining room and garden available for use. Plenty of parking space on private drive. Good range of quality local pubs/eateries within 10 minutes drive. Sited between Cambridge, Newmarket & Haverhill with excellent access and uncongested road links north, south, east & west. <30 mins to central Cambridge, 12 mins Newmarket, 9 mins to Haverhill (nearest Sainsbury's, Tesco and Sports Centre). London trains from Cambridge, Whittlesford & Great Chesterford. But please note that local bus services are poor - without your own transport you would be somewhat stranded.
