Double room available in our friendly home

Hi there!

We are looking for a new lodger to join our home. We are 2 hard working friendly girls, hoping to find another long term roomie. I work from home in my workshop out the back, and Mia works locally. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so you must be pet friendly. We have a cleaner, who cleans the communal areas weekly.

Our house is in Whittlesey, Peterborough. Right in the centre of the town so close to all the amenities. There is car parking space on the drive, or the bus station is at the end of the road.
The house has been undergoing renovations and so we have a new bathroom, shower room and 3 toilets in total. The other communal spaces are a large kitchen/ diner and lounge. We also like to have BBQs in the garden during summer.

The room is a large double room, with large wardrobe, plenty of room so you can chill out in your own space when you like, but you’re also welcome to socialise with us too!
The room comes with an en-suite toilet and sink, and exclusive use of a shower.
