Furnished Large Double Room

I have a large double room, its furnished e. g
bed, wardrobes, set of
draws and smart TV.

Access to shared bathroom, kitchen and living area, use of washing machine. I dont mind smoker but I don't allow it in the house.

A little about us, The house is occupied by myself, partner and 21 year old son. We are a friendly bunch who is happy to share our home with the right person.

My son enjoys football and coaches under 8 during the week and weekend.

I like to do hair in my spare time, bake cakes, help out at hinchingbrooke country park.

My house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of yaxley, close to the A1, 15 minutes from Peterborough, 20 minutes from huntingdon. Were close to the train station and a regular bus into town at the top of the street.
The local amenities near by include, doctors restaurant, pubs, shopping centre & a gym.
